i am a 24 yr old female going to school for pharmecy technician. im hoping to buy a house by the end of the year but with bad credit i cant, trying to clear that up by paying things off, help of any kind appreciated, even just advice . thankyou. im hoping to not have another heart attack as well while im going through all this stress. the bad credit is from medical bills when i had a mild heart attack last october.

First of all if the school that you're going to has a financial aid office find out if they have any financial programs that you can qualify for. There are all sorts of grants and scholarships for different types of subjects. Number 2 - the fact that you are a woman who is continuing her education may qualify you for other funding as well. The government has programs for first-time homebuyers - like helping with the downpayment and closing costs. Go to the government's website and find out if you qualify for any of these programs.
